Snowhill 3 is Located in the heart of Birmingham city centre, which covers 420,000 square feet of Grade A office. The building is a prominent feature of Birmingham City Centre standing at 85 meters tall with 17 floors of office space for Future high profile tenants. 

Winders Electrical started the BMS Installations in June 2018 and was completed in December 2019.
